Avantor® Declares Dividend on Mandatory Convertible Preferred Stock

RADNOR, Pa., Jan. 21, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- Avantor, Inc. (NYSE: AVTR), a leading global provider of mission-critical products and services to customers in the life sciences, advanced technologies and applied materials industries, announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.78 per share to holders of its 6.250% Series A Mandatory Convertible Preferred Stock with a liquidation preference of $50, payable on February 15, 2022 to holders of record on February 1, 2022.
